Ant Law Trio

Ant's first album as leader, Entanglement - released last year, confirms him to be a guitarist of originality and an impressive technique. With Ivo Neame on piano, Mike Chillingworth on saxophone and drummer Dave Hamblett, their music is firmly in the contemporary post bop arena, but does not hesitate to swing or lay down a groove when required. Ant Law was a scholar at both Edinburgh University and Berklee College of Music until moving to London in 2008 and has pioneered a new "Perfect Fourths" tuning system for guitarists.
