Chris Young Quartet

Undoubtedly Chris Young is the most significant young player to emerge onto the Birmingham Jazz scene in recent years. His work across original and standard tunes, in many formations, has made him a most sort after sax player. This quartet features some of the young rising stars on the Birmingham jazz scene. They will be performing brand new original material written by saxophonist Chris Young.  This quartet is fronted by two of the most dynamic players in Jazz today and one of the best rhythm sections, with national star Stuart Barker and Scottish young player of the year Jon Silk.
