Locomotive

One of the enduring jazz canon is the Thelonious Monk compositions. This band of legends all enjoy the monk tunes, each choosing their favourites to play. They will be performing all Monk pieces including “Locomotive” that gives this band its name.  Another certain song, in honour of this gig date, will “Friday 13th”. The band features so many stellar musicians to pick one out would be an insult to the rest, but all have the pedigree to both work together and give a fitting tribute to Monk.
