We are into our 15th full season since Birmingham Jazz returned to being a volunteer run organisation. This new chapter for independent jazz in Birmingham & the Midlands has enabled us to promote accessible Jazz from bands you want to see - good gigs and a club atmosphere. New members are welcome. Our annual May Festival, a first for Birmingham Jazz, is now well established and we often run extra events. We  also run a Black History Month Special programme and a programme themed around our 50th Anniversary.

In 2026 we celebrate fifty years of continuous jazz promotion - details later in the year.

Members get concessions and can also vote at the AGM to choose the Board or get involved themselves - see Membership
